Portico offers several project options to individuals, general contractors or architects.
(The following options may be pursued in collaboration with a client's architect. Portico also builds hybrid homes that have only a portion of the structure timber framed such as a great room, entrance hall or screened porch.)
- Portico can design, build, and erect just a timber frame skeleton. The client would be responsible for finishing the structure with his own General Contractor.
- Portico can design a complete house (which includes the timber frame), build, and erect the timber frame skeleton. The client would be responsible for finishing the house with his own General Contractor.
- Portico can design a complete house (which includes the timber frame), build and erect the timber frame skeleton, and manage the construction of the entire project all the way to a finished home.
